Time away from the rush of life

Time to pause

No judgement

Open space

Clear reflection

No hurry to get anywhere

No one you need to be

Presence is my gift

We climb and and look around

We look this way and that way

And then you see it

Clarity comes

Tension falls away

Deep breath returns

Relaxed and feeling better

We complete our call
